Strathspey Capital acquired its first factoring business, James Gibb Property Management Limited, in February 2012.
A strong, family run, business, the Gibb brothers successfully and professionally managed the communal areas surrounding 4,000 units (properties / homeowners) in 86 developments, all in the Edinburgh area.
From this strong foundation, the Strathspey business, now incorporating both James Gibb and Speirs Gumley, has expanded both organically and acquisitively and now manages in excess of 87,000 units over 1,800 developments.
Our geographical reach now covers the whole of Scotland with manned offices in each of our four key regions: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee.
